APDR Mizuno Skills Challenge

Scores after the second heat of the Challenge can be found here.

In September Mizuno Golf celebrate the launch of the new range of Mizuno irons and during the month APDR will be hosting the Mizuno Skills Challenge series, where you and a friend can combine to each win a set of fitted Mizuno irons worth a total of $5,000.

On the Wednesday evenings of September 5, 12 and 19, from 5pm we will be hosting a series of qualifying events where teams of two players will each complete five different skills challenges and combine to post a total score.

Challenges will cover putting, chipping, approach play and driving and these will be modified based upon each players ability, deemed by the official golf handicap of each player, and adapted to skill levels taken from data of thousands of golfers through our event partner

Teams can compete in one, two or all of the three qualifying rounds and try and improve their score in each skill discipline. At the end of the three qualifying rounds, a minimum of the top 15 teams will qualify through to the final to be held at APDR on Wednesday September 26, where the scores are reset and each team will complete the course and the team with the highest total score will be the winners and take home the new Mizuno clubs.

Entry fees for each team is $40 and both players will each receive a Mizuno hat and a sleeve of 3 Mizuno JPX golf balls.

Grab a friend and take up the challenge, and you might both be using the latest and greatest Mizuno irons this summer.

APDR would like to thank Mizuno Golf and for their fantastic support with this Challenge series.
